Registration fees are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another attendee. Registrations without payment will be accepted on or before March 31,2010 and not charged a late fee.

Conference registration may be canceled by the registration deadline with a full refund, or transferred to another attendee of the same conference. Conference registrants who do not cancel their registration prior to the registration deadline must pay the registration cancellation fee of $30, even if they do not attend the conference.
