SCASFAA Sponsorship Opportunities for 2017-18

Tier 1: Valued Friend, $2500 ($2800 after 1/30/2018)

This level of sponsorship includes the following benefits:

• One conference registration included (per conference, there are two this year)
• Exhibit space at the Annual Conference. There will be two annual conferences covered in this sponsorship opportunity:
• • March 26-28, 2018 in Hilton Head
  • November 12-14, 2018 in Hilton Head
• Online conference support recognition
• Website banner ad
• Full page ad in conference program and newsletters (electronic)
• Opportunity to present one webinar to SCASFAA membership during the 2017-18 and 2018-19 years (this sponsorship covers two years)
• Flyer/insert in conference packet
• Opportunity to moderate or present at conference
• Lunch & Learn presentation opportunity when offered at conference (room provided at no charge)
• Conference registration/attendee listing prior to and after conference

Tier 2: Exhibitor, $1700 ($2000 after 1/30/2018) 

This level of sponsorship includes the following benefits:

• One conference registration included
• Exhibit space at the Annual Conference. There will be two annual conferences covered in this sponsorship opportunity:
• • March 26-28, 2018 in Hilton Head
  • November 12-14, 2018 in Hilton Head
• Online conference support recognition
• Opportunity to moderate or present at conference
• Conference registration/attendee listing after conference

Tier 3: Non-Sponsor, $800 ($1000 after 1/30/2018)

Non-sponsorship level includes the following benefits:

• General support, no exhibit booth
• Online conference support recognition
• Opportunity to moderate or present at conference
• Affiliate members who choose not to exhibit may attend the conference, but will be required to participate at this level as well as paying the required conference registration fee.
