The Professional Development Committee is excited to announce the 2018-2019 Leadership Symposium.
This year’s Leadership Symposium will be held at Piedmont Technical College - Newberry Campus on May 13 from 10:00 am until 2:30 pm. The symposium is geared toward front-line staff, but all are welcome to attend.
This year's workshop will feature an interactive keynote address by John Furnell, a corporate training professional and Greenville Technical College training director, entitled ’10 Keys to Service Excellence’. We will also have a panel discussion on service excellence best practices in the Financial Aid Office.
Registration is $25 for and includes lunch. Please select one of the Groucho’s Deli lunch options. SCASFAA Membership is required to attend this event.
