Sarah Shumpert works as the Director of the Office of Academic Development at Tri-County Technical College, leading a team that provides curriculum development, professional development and organization development services to the college community. Sarah is an Organization Development Certified Professional (ODCP) through the Institute of Organization Development, as well as an Appreciative Inquiry Certified Facilitator (AICF). Sarah has been helping individuals and groups identify and meet their goals through process design and facilitation for 15 years and counting.
