SU2C is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization and was initially launched in 2008 as a division of the Entertainment Industry Foundation.

We believe humanity stands at a tipping point in the battle against cancer. Lifesaving discoveries are within our grasp, unfolding at research centers across the country and around the world. We envision a future where every cancer is caught in time to be cured, and where survivors can enjoy life without fear of recurrence. We hold ourselves accountable to help push the course of research toward revolutionary breakthroughs that can save lives, now and in the future.

With your support and your voice as part of the SU2C movement, we will give millions of people hope for a future without cancer. We have set a bold goal to make early-stage detection an essential part of the standard of care for all cancers. Success could mean saving hundreds of thousands of lives every year.

Stand Up to Cancer Fundraising Activities

Here’s how you can get involved and contribute to a great cause.

Silent Auction: 

Bring your donated items to add to the auction.  We welcome all donations including items made by members, local artists, or large companies, gift cards from retailers or for food,  services, or events.    

Tenfold for Your Billfold:

How It Works:
Donate any amount between $1 and $20. Your name will be entered into a drawing, and if you're selected, you win 10 times the amount you donated! It's a fantastic opportunity to turn $20 into $200 while contributing to a great cause.

Lip Sync Contest:

What could be more fun that tuning up your air guitar, rehearsing (maybe with your "band mates") and preforming your perfect song for a good cause?  We can all vote for the 2025 Best Performance and for the Best of the Decade for each of SCASFAA's Decades since 1965.  Each voting ticket represents a donation to fight cancer!  Purchase your voting tickets in advance or at the event on Tuesday night.  In this case, you can actually vote early and we prefer that you vote OFTEN!  Be sure to vote for yourself and others, too.  Did we say that each voting ticket is a donation?  Winners will receive prizes of nominal monetary value, but will include Bragging Rights that never expire and photos to be used by SCASFAA in the future.  Everyone will receive memories that last forever.
