2025 Conference Hotel

The 2025 Annual Conference will be held at the

Mount Pleasant, SC 29464

The room rate is $199 (plus tax) per night. 
This rate is available beginning Friday, November 7th and through Wednesday, November 12th, subject to rate availability of guest rooms at the time of reservation.

All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card.

Cancellation of individual reservations shall be accepted by the hotel up to 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid first night's room and tax penalty.

The final day to reserve your room at the conference rate is Wednesday, October 8, 2025. After October 8th,  the group rate will no longer be valid and the hotel does not guarantee availability of rooms at this rate.

The closest airport is Charleston International Airport (CHS).

OTHER TRANSPORTATION:

• Embassy Suites Charleston Harbor does not offer shuttle or other transportation.  However,
• Charleston Water Taxi, located a short walk from the hotel, offers ferry service to the Charleston Downtown Peninsula, and several sightseeing tours. 
• Various ride-share options to or from the hotel are also available. (Uber, Lyft, etc.)
