SCASFAA Sponsorship Opportunities for 2021-2022

Tier 1: Valued Friend, $2,000 ($2,300 after 9/15/2021)

This level of sponsorship includes the following benefits:

• One paid conference registration included
• Exhibit space at the 2021 Annual Conference (booth location to be determined by the Conference Chair and the Sponsorship Chair) -- The Annual Conference will be held October 17-20, 2021 in Myrtle Beach.
• Online conference support recognition
• Website banner ad (See guidelines for information about file specifications)
• Full page ad in conference program and newsletters (electronic)
• Opportunity to present one webinar to SCASFAA membership during the 2021-22 year
• Opportunity to place a Flyer/insert in conference packet
• Opportunity to moderate or present on industry-specific topics at conference at the approval of the Conference Committee
• Lunch & Learn presentation opportunity when offered at conference (room and meal provided at no charge)
• Conference registration/attendee listing two weeks prior to and a final listing after conference

Tier 2: Exhibitor, $1,500 ($1,800 after 9/15/2021) 

This level of sponsorship includes the following benefits:

• One paid conference registration included
• Exhibit space at the 2021 Annual Conference (booth location to be determined by the Conference Chair and the Sponsorship Chair) -- The Annual Conference will be held October 17-20, 2021 in Myrtle Beach.
• Online conference support recognition
• Half page advertisement in the Conference Program and Newsletters (electronic)
• Opportunity to moderate or present on industry-specific topics at conference at the approval of the Conference Committee
• Conference registration/attendee listing (final listing after the conference only)

Tier 3: Non-Sponsor, $800

Non-sponsorship level includes the following benefits:

• General support, no exhibit booth
• Online conference support recognition
• Opportunity to moderate or present on industry-specific topics at conference at the approval of the Conference Committee
• Half page advertisement in the Conference Program and Newsletters (electronic)
• Affiliate members who choose not to exhibit may attend the conference, but will be required to participate at this level as well as paying the required conference registration fee. 

A-la-carte advertising options are also available and range from $150 - $500. These can be added on to any sponsorship option, or they can be purchased as a standalone option.
