SCASFAA Sponsorship Opportunities for 2020-2021

Tier 1: Valued Friend, $1,250* (Registrations received after 9-15-2020 are not guaranteed an opportunity to present) 

This level of sponsorship includes the following benefits:

• One paid conference registration included
• Opportunity to present or highlight your services/products on industry-specific topics with a school testimonial at the conference, at the approval of the Conference Committee
• 10 - 15 minutes presentation to highlight your company's services/products
  
• Your company's logo displayed throughout conference as part of session presentations
• Your company's advertisement prior to a general session or professional development session
• Virtual Scavenger Hunt; allows conference attendees a chance to visit your organization's website to explore products and services
• Two-minute YouTube video presentation (provided by sponsor) during a concurrent conference session
• Website Banner Advertisement on SCASFAA Webpage (Contact Katie Harrison, katie@sctuitiongrants.org or Kisha Howze, nhowze@yorktech.edu) 
• Full page ad in conference program and newsletters (electronic; Contact Katie Harrison, katie@sctuitiongrants.org or Kisha Howze, nhowze@yorktech.edu for specifications)
• Opportunity to present one webinar to SCASFAA membership during the 2020-21 year
• Opportunity to moderate a general session at conference at the approval of the Conference Committee
• Conference registration/attendee listing two weeks prior to the conference and a final listing after conference

Tier 2: Exhibitor, $750* (Registrations received after 9-15-2020 are not guaranteed an opportunity to present) Two-minute YouTube video presentation (provided by sponsor) during a concurrent conference session

This level of sponsorship includes the following benefits:

• One paid conference registration included
• Opportunity to moderate and present on industry-specific topics at the conference at the approval of the Conference Committee or Professional Development training sessions
• 10 - 15 minutes presentation to highlight your company's services/products
  
• Your company's advertisement prior to a concurrent session
• Virtual Scavenger Hunt; allows conference attendees a chance to visit your organization's website to explore products and services
• Two-minute YouTube video presentation (provided by sponsor) during a concurrent conference session

Tier 3: Non-Sponsor, $500 *

Non-sponsorship level includes the following benefits:

• General support
• Online conference support recognition
• Opportunity to moderate at conference at the approval of the Conference Committee and Professional Development Committee
• 10 - 15 minutes presentation to highlight your company's services/products
  
• Virtual Scavenger Hunt; allows conference attendees a chance to visit your organization's website to explore products and services
  
• Half page ad in conference program or newsletter (electronic; Contact Katie Harrison, katie@sctuitiongrants.org or Kisha Howze, nhowze@yorktech.edu for specifications) 

* Price reductions in effect for 2020-2021 based on virtual conference
A-la-carte advertising options are also available and range from $150 - $500. These can be added on to any sponsorship option, or they can be purchased as a standalone option.

ALL SPONSORSHIP FUNDS GO TOWARDS STUDENT SCHOLARSHIPS, OVERALL CONFERENCE SUPPORT, AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS THROUGHOUT THE YEAR.
